Greeting,
Pickups are just helpers between guitar/bass and amps.
We focused on how we can create the right coils.

Just 100 turns difference is enough to change the tone.
Pickups are perhaps just copper wires and magnets.
We find the right combinations of copper wires and magnets for each design.

Pickups are just helpers so we work to make them well balanced, well response, and with characters. That’s my thought.
I design the pickups to just go straight to the amp, where we can hear a difference. We suggest the right pickups for your combinations of woods and what you play.

Thank you for visiting us. Hope we can support your guitar and bass.

    About Us

My start was Fujigen,Matsumoto,Japan. What a factory, Fujigen build so many name brands: Fender®, Orevill by Gibson®, Greco®, Ibanez®, G&L®, Rolland®, Yamaha®… and so many more!

A few years later, I started to work at Fender Custom Shop. I had a chance to learn about the pickups from the lady legend of Fender. It was my second day. I still remember a method which she showed me. After that, I had chances to work with Suhr Guitars and James Tyler Guitars. Their guitars are high quality and got strong characters. They are strict, proffesional, very smart, hard working and always suggest something new to guitars and basses. That is I always think about and want to be. I supported their first year of GJ2(Guitars Made By Grover Jackson).

I started pickups repair and modifications service since 2006. I had been taking care of so many different pickups. From 40’s vintage to could be just a few month old one. I learned a lot from the repairs. I am designed a few different vintarge inspired pickups. All of them were inspired from my repair works. Just a bit differences bring the different tones. And the tone got charctore for each eras. I could not pickup just 1 model for each designs because of they all great and different.

Pickup is something I do. I am happiest one in the world when am taking care of pickups. I love working with pickups.

Please mail me free when you have questions, suggestions or anything. Would love to hear from you.
